Is Turn Key Design & Construction, Inc. licensed and insured?
Yes, Turn Key Design & Construction is licensed and insured.
Can you pull permits with the Department of Buildings?
Of course! We can secure permits required to get your project started.
Does Turn Key Design & Construction provide free estimates?
Yes, but this free rough estimate is determined over the phone. Once you agree to the rough estimate, we are then able to do a site visit to collect the deposit or the consultation fee. Consultation fees are only collected if the client is not ready to make the deposit at this time. We prefer to collect the deposit.
How long does it take to complete the project?
It depends on the scope of work and if permits need to be pulled. We can provide a clearer time frame, during our initial consultation.
What is the payment schedule?
Usually, a 30-50% deposit subsequent payments are due based on the project’s progress.
